We provide a full range of services under contract to NHS England including:

Health Promotion

Health checks include

  • NHS health check (for ages 40 to 74): more information is available under NHS Health Check.
  • Annual learning disability health check (for ages over 14)

Screening

Disease prevention – screening

  • Cervical cytology: Support with cervical screening includes information and a helpline to help with having a smear. This also includes when and how you will be invited for cervical screening.
  • Child health surveillance with the support of our local health visiting team.

Smear Results

Smear test results take 6-8 weeks on average and are posted out to patients.

Long-term Conditions

Common long-term conditions include:

  • Asthma
  • COPD
  • Diabetes
  • Hypertension (high blood pressure)
  • Coronary heart disease
  • Heart failure
  • Stroke and TIAs
  • Epilepsy
  • Rheumatoid arthritis
  • Chronic kidney disease
  • Hypothyroidism
    and more.

Contraception

Coil / implant contraceptive devices at the surgery
Please see a GP first for contraceptive counselling, and then you will be able to book an appointment for the fitting of the coil/ implant contraceptive device.

Maternity Services

Maternity medical services are provided with the support of our local maternity team. Find out more (including self-referral) here

Baby Clinics

Baby clinics for well children with the Health Visitor are held at:

  • Farnham Common Library on Wednesday morning

Please call the Health Visitor to make an appointment.

Travel Vaccinations

If you're planning to travel outside the UK, you may need to be vaccinated against some of the serious diseases found in other parts of the world.

 

Non-NHS private services

Practice private fee charges

Please find below a list of private fees that are charged for any work completed outside of our contractual obligation classed as “private”.

Threeways private fees – 2024 – 2025

Forms can take up to 3 weeks to complete

If we agree to complete non-NHS work, our NHS medical care of our patients takes priority during our working day so any private non-NHS letters or forms can take up to 3 weeks to complete and return to you. We cannot guarantee they will be completed earlier.

Payment

We only accept cash. No refunds are given.
