Non-Medical Paperwork

Statement on Turnaround Times for Non-Medical Paperwork
Our practice understands that patients may require non-medical paperwork, such as letters, reports, and form completions, for purposes including housing, benefits, employment, or insurance. These requests are important, and we are committed to processing them as efficiently as possible.
Please note that non-medical paperwork is not part of core NHS services and is completed outside of routine clinical duties. As such, we ask patients to allow up to 10 working days for the completion of any non-medical documentation. This timeframe allows our clinical and administrative staff to prioritise urgent medical care while ensuring the quality and accuracy of the information provided.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If your request is particularly urgent, please inform the reception team when submitting it, and we will do our best to accommodate where possible.
Where a fee is applicable you will be contacted and advised before the request is processed.

Meeting Patient Expectations

Statement on Meeting Patient Expectations
At our practice, we are committed to providing safe, effective, and compassionate care to all our patients. We understand that every patient brings their own unique needs, concerns, and expectations to their healthcare experience. Our goal is to listen, communicate clearly, and deliver care that reflects both clinical best practice and respect for individual preferences.
While we strive to meet patient expectations wherever possible, it is important to recognise that the NHS operates within certain boundaries, including clinical guidelines, appointment availability, and resource limitations. This means there may be times when we cannot meet every expectation exactly as requested. In such cases, we are committed to explaining the reasons clearly and offering safe and appropriate alternatives wherever possible.
We value patient feedback and use it to improve our services continuously. By working together in an atmosphere of mutual respect and understanding, we can ensure the best outcomes and experiences for everyone involved in their care.
